Composition:

• Omeprazole 20 mg
• Domperidone 10 mg

Uses:

• Treats acidity, heartburn, and gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD).
• Relieves symptoms like nausea, vomiting, and bloating.
• Helps in peptic ulcer and acid-related disorders.

How to Use:

• Take orally before meals, usually once daily or as prescribed.
• Swallow whole with water, do not crush or chew.

Side Effects:

• Headache, dizziness.
• Stomach pain, diarrhea, constipation.
• Dry mouth.
• Rarely, long-term use may cause low magnesium or vitamin B12 levels.

Precautions:

• Inform doctor if you have liver, kidney, or heart problems.
