Acitrom 4mg Tablet can also be prescribed as an additional treatment for coronary occlusion (a blockage in the heart that reduces blood and oxygen supply, potentially leading to a heart attack) and transient cerebral ischemic attacks (TCIA – often called mini-strokes, caused by a temporary blockage in blood vessels supplying the brain).

It is important to avoid alcohol and cranberry juice while taking this medication, as they can interfere with its effects. Always tell your doctor if you are scheduled for any surgeries, including dental procedures, or if you have recently had an accident, as Acitrom 4mg Tablet can increase the risk of bleeding. This medicine is generally not recommended for pregnant women due to a heightened risk of bleeding during childbirth. Use with caution in children and elderly patients.
