Alrgee Syrup 60ml contains Fexofenadine (the active ingredient in Fexofenadine 30mg/5ml), an antihistamine medicine designed for children. This syrup is primarily used to relieve symptoms of seasonal allergic rhinitis in children aged 2 to 11 years. It also helps manage the skin manifestations of chronic idiopathic urticaria (hives) in children aged 6 months to 11 years.
Seasonal allergic rhinitis is an allergic reaction to airborne allergens like pollen, causing symptoms such as a stuffy or itchy nose, itchy throat or eyes, headache, and general weakness. Chronic idiopathic urticaria is a recurring skin condition characterized by raised, swollen, itchy wheals on the skin, and swelling of the lips, eyelids, or throat, without an obvious cause.
When giving Alrgee Syrup 60ml, avoid fruit juices like grapefruit, orange, and apple, as they can reduce the medicine's effectiveness. Before starting this medicine, inform your child's doctor if your child has any liver, kidney, or heart conditions. Alrgee Syrup 60ml is not suitable for children with a known allergy to Fexofenadine.

Common side effects associated with Alrgee Syrup 60ml include headache, back pain, dizziness, stomach discomfort, pain in limbs, fever, middle ear infection, and vomiting.
