Jetlag can be recognized by sleep disturbance, daytime tiredness, fatigue, mild mental impairment, irritability and digestive system disturbance experienced after flying. The most common side effects of ALTONIL 10MG are headache and drowsiness. This medicine is strictly not recommended for use in children and adolescents under 18 years.
