Apixamore 2.5 mg Tablet

Composition:

• Apixaban 2.5 mg

Uses:

• Prevents stroke in patients with atrial fibrillation (non-valvular)
• Treats and prevents deep vein thrombosis (DVT)
• Prevents pulmonary embolism (PE)
• Reduces risk of blood clots after hip or knee surgery

How to Use:

• Usually taken twice a day
• Can be taken with or without food
• Swallow whole with water

Side Effects:

• Bleeding from nose, gums, urine, or stools
• Easy bruising
• Weakness or tiredness due to anemia
• Nausea
• Rarely, skin rash or swelling

Warnings:

• Do not stop the medicine without doctor's advice
• Use with caution in kidney or liver problems
• Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding unless advised by doctor
• Inform your doctor before any surgery or dental procedure

• Store in a cool, dry place
• Keep out of reach of children
