- Upto four weeks: Mix 3 level scoops with 90 ml of previously boiled and cooled water, six times a day.
- 4-6 weeks: Mix 4 level scoops with 120 ml of water, five times a day.
- 7-8 weeks: Mix 5 level scoops with 150 ml of water, five times a day.
- 2-4 months: Mix 6 level scoops with 180 ml of water, five times a day.
- 4-6 months: Mix 7 level scoops with 210 ml of water, four times a day.
