BILAST M TABLET is a combination medication containing Bilastine and Montelukast. It is used to manage allergy symptoms such as runny nose, sneezing, and itchy eyes, as well as to reduce the symptoms of asthma.

The dosage of BILAST M TABLET should be prescribed by your doctor. It is usually taken once daily with or without food. Follow the instructions on the prescription label carefully. Before taking BILAST M TABLET inform your doctor if you have a history of liver or kidney disease, are pregnant or breastfeeding, are allergic to Bilastine, Montelukast, or any other ingredients in this medication.

BILAST M TABLET is not recommended for use in patients with hereditary problems such as galactose intolerance, glucose-galactose malabsorption (inability of the body to absorb glucose and galactose sugars), and Lapp lactase deficiency (lactose intolerance). The medicine is also not indicated for use in patients suffering from acute asthmatic attacks.

The most common side effects associated with the use of BILAST M TABLET are headache, abdominal pain, dry mouth and drowsiness. Consult your doctor if any of these symptoms worsen.
