It contains vitamin D3, vitamin K2-7, iodine, elemental selenium, calcium citrate, magnesium hydroxide, and zinc sulphate as active ingredients which helps to improve bone strength and reduce risk of bone fracture and osteoporosis in affected individuals.

Vitamin D3 is a fat-soluble vitamin which helps to absorb calcium and phosphorus thus managing bone disorders. Vitamin K2-7 promotes bone formation by stimulating osteoblast (cells that form bone tissue) differentiation which helps to improve bone strength and reduce bone fracture.  Iodine and selenium are essential elements which helps to regulate bone growth and lessen activation of osteoclasts cells thus aiding in managing bone fractures.
