Migraine attacks can be managed by identifying migraine-causing triggers which may be red wine, caffeine withdrawal, stress, and skipped meals, etc. You can identify personal triggers by maintaining a diary of what you are doing, what you are eating, and any stressful activity happened before migraine attack.
