CILAHEART T TABLET is a combination of Cilnidipine and Telmisartan which belongs to the group of medicines called Antihypertensive agents. It is used in adults to manage essential hypertension (high blood pressure). Hypertension is a condition in which the force of the blood against the blood vessel walls is too high which is characterized by symptoms such as headache, irregular heartbeat, vision changes, feeling of overtiredness, nausea, vomiting, confusion, anxiety and chest pain.

CILAHEART T TABLET is not recommended for use in patients with severe liver impairment, advanced aortic stenosis (narrowing of the valve in the large blood vessel branching off the heart (aorta) and primary aldosteronism. Before taking CILAHEART T TABLET, inform your doctor if you have diabetes, peripheral edema, metabolic acidosis, cellular lysis (such as acute limb ischemia, rhabdomyolysis, extended trauma) and heart, liver or kidney problems. 

CILAHEART T TABLET is not recommended for use in pregnant and breast-feeding women. CILAHEART T TABLET is not recommended for use in children and adolescents (aged below 18 years). It should be used with caution in elderly patients (aged 65 years and above). The most common side effects of taking CILAHEART T TABLET are dizziness, headache, flushing, and rash. Consult your doctor if any of the side effects worsen.
