This medicine can also help control increased blood pressure and heart rate associated with conditions like anxiety, an overactive thyroid gland, phaeochromocytoma (tumours of the adrenal gland), or hypertrophic subaortic stenosis (thickening of heart muscles).

Ciplar LA 20mg Tablet works mainly on the heart, improving blood circulation. It can be used to help prevent heart attacks and manage migraine headaches. Additionally, it helps reduce body tremors by calming abnormal nerve signals between the brain and muscles. Before you start taking Ciplar LA 20mg Tablet, it's important to tell your doctor if you have any liver or kidney problems. Also, inform your doctor if you have other types of angina (unstable or Prinzmetal angina), certain irregular heart rhythms (like Wolf-Parkinson-White Syndrome), any breathing difficulties, or diabetes, as a precaution.
