COLOSPA RETARD 200MG CAPSULE contains Mebeverine which belongs to the group of medicines called Antispasmodics. It is used in adults to manage painful muscle spasms of the stomach and the intestines. It is used for the symptomatic management of irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and other similar stomach conditions (such as chronic irritable colon, spastic constipation, mucous colitis and spastic colitis) that causes painful spasms or cramps of the gut muscles.

Take COLOSPA RETARD 200MG CAPSULE 20 minutes before meals or as directed by your physician. Along with the management, follow the diet changes that suits your body and eat foods rich in fibre (such as cereals pulses, fruits etc.) to lessen the symptoms.

Before taking COLOSPA RETARD 200MG CAPSULE inform your doctor if you have any liver or kidney problems. You must also inform your doctor if you experience new any symptoms of IBS or worsening of existing symptoms as a precaution.
