CYNOCAL LC TABLET contains Folic Acid, L - Carnitine and Methylcobalamin which belongs to the group of medicines called Nutritional Supplements. It is used for management of primary systemic carnitine deficiencies (a condition that manages the body from using certain fats for energy) and resulting in chronic diseases.

CYNOCAL LC TABLET is also used in the management of cardiomyopathy (weak heart muscles), skeletal myopathy (weak voluntary muscles), ischaemic cardiomyopathy (coronary heart disease), long term haemodialysis, Oligospermia (low sperm count) and for patients who are being managed with valproic acid (used to manage fits and bipolar disorder) and zidovudine (used to manage HIV).

CYNOCAL LC TABLET is not recommended for use if you have Leber's disease (hereditary eye disease). Consult your doctor before taking it.

Before taking this medicine inform your doctor if you have kidney disease, fits, malabsorption syndrome (difficulty absorbing nutrients from diet) and history of gastrectomy (removal of part of the stomach).

CYNOCAL LC TABLET should be used in pregnant women only if clearly necessary. It is not recommended for use in breast feeding women. Consult your doctor before taking it.

The most common side effects of taking CYNOCAL LC TABLET are nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, stomach upset and heartburn. Consult your doctor if any of the side effects worsen.
