Therefore, continue taking this medicine for the duration recommended by your doctor, even if you start to feel better before completing the full course.
Before starting D Veniz 100mg Tablet, inform your doctor if you have high blood fat levels or any existing liver, kidney, or heart conditions. It is also crucial to inform your doctor if you have a personal or family history of bipolar disorder, mania, or epilepsy. Do not take D Veniz 100mg Tablet if you are pregnant or breastfeeding unless specifically advised by your doctor.
Discuss with your doctor if you are currently taking other antidepressant medicines, such as monoamine oxidase inhibitors (e.g., isocarboxazid, phenelzine, and tranylcypromine), alongside D Veniz 100mg Tablet. You must also inform your doctor if you have taken any antidepressant (especially a monoamine oxidase inhibitor) within the last 14 days.
D Veniz 100mg Tablet may cause dizziness or sleepiness. Therefore, avoid driving or operating heavy machinery or tools that require full concentration until you know how this medicine affects you.
Common side effects may include decreased sex drive, increased sweating, constipation, and dry mouth. Consult your doctor if any of these side effects become bothersome or worsen. Immediately inform your doctor if you experience any worsening of depression, unusual behavior changes, or suicidal thoughts while taking D Veniz 100mg Tablet.

Directions of Use
Take D Veniz 100mg Tablet exactly as advised by your physician. Swallow the medicine whole with a glass of water. Do not crush or chew the tablet.
D Veniz 100mg Tablet can be taken either with or without food. Your doctor will determine the correct dose and duration of therapy for you, considering your age, body weight, and specific condition of major depressive disorder.
Continue to take D Veniz 100mg Tablet for the entire duration recommended by your doctor, even if you start to feel better before completing the full course of therapy.
Side effects
While taking D Veniz 100mg Tablet (Desvenlafaxine 100mg), you may experience some side effects. These are often mild and temporary. Common side effects can include decreased sex drive, increased sweating, constipation, and dry mouth. If these side effects persist or worsen, please consult your doctor.
Stop taking D Veniz 100mg Tablet and contact your doctor immediately if you experience any of the following serious side effects:
- Severe allergic reactions (rash, itching, swelling, severe dizziness, trouble breathing)
- Signs of serotonin syndrome (agitation, hallucinations, rapid heartbeat, fever, overactive reflexes, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea)
- Sudden vision changes or eye pain
- Unusual bleeding or bruising
- Seizures
- New or worsening suicidal thoughts or attempts, or changes in mood/behavior, especially at the beginning of treatment or when the dose is changed.
