D ACNE PLUS GEL contains Allantoin, Nicotinamide and Clindamycin which belongs to the group of medicines called Dermatologic agent, Vitamin B complex and Antibiotics. It is used to manage acne, skin infections caused due to bacteria and oily skin.
Before using D ACNE PLUS GEL, inform your doctor if you have any kidney, liver, heart, or lung diseases. In pregnant and breast-feeding women, D ACNE PLUS GEL should be used with caution.D ACNE PLUS GEL should not be used by children under the age of 12.
The most common side effects of D ACNE PLUS GEL are skin burning or itching, skin redness, oily skin, skin peeling, skin irritation, and an upset stomach. Contact your doctor if any of these worsen or don't improve.

Directions of Use
This medicine is for external use only. Use it in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Clean and dry the affected area and apply the gel. Wash your hands after applying, unless hands are the affected area.
