Dapaquest-10 M 500 ER Tablet

Composition:

• Dapagliflozin 10 mg
• Metformin 500 mg (Extended Release)

Use:
This tablet is used to control blood sugar levels in patients with type 2 diabetes. It helps the body remove extra sugar through urine and also reduces sugar production in the liver.

How to Use:

• Take one tablet daily with food.
• Swallow whole with water.
• Take at the same time each day.

Common Side Effects:

• Increased urination
• Stomach upset
• Headache
• Urinary or genital infections

Precautions:

• Not for type 1 diabetes
• Drink plenty of water
• Avoid alcohol
• Inform doctor if pregnant or have kidney/liver issues
