Dapaquest-5 M 500 ER Tablet
Composition:
- Dapagliflozin 5 mg
- Metformin Hydrochloride 500 mg (Extended Release)
Uses:
This medicine is used to manage blood sugar levels in adults with type 2 diabetes. It works by helping the kidneys remove glucose through urine and improving insulin sensitivity in the body.
Dosage & Direction:
- Take one tablet daily with food or as directed by the doctor.
- Do not chew or crush the tablet.
- Maintain regular exercise and diet during treatment.
Common Side Effects:
- Frequent urination
- Nausea or stomach discomfort

- Risk of urinary or genital infection
