Composition: Dapagliflozin 5 mg

Use:
This medicine is used to control blood sugar levels in patients with Type 2 Diabetes. It helps remove excess sugar through urine and is often used along with diet and exercise.

How to Use:
Take one tablet daily with or without food, at the same time each day.

Common Side Effects:

• Increased urination
• Genital infections
• Urinary tract infection
• Thirst or dehydration

Precautions:

• Not for use in Type 1 Diabetes or severe kidney problems
• Drink enough water to avoid dehydration
• Inform your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding
