Dapaquest-10 M 1000 ER Tab (10S)

Composition:
Dapagliflozin 10 mg + Metformin 1000 mg (Extended Release)

Uses:
Used to control blood sugar levels in patients with Type 2 Diabetes.

How it works:

• Dapagliflozin removes excess sugar through urine.
• Metformin reduces sugar production in the liver and improves insulin action.

Dosage:
Take as prescribed by the doctor, usually once daily with food.

Common Side Effects:

• Increased urination
• Genital infections (fungal/UTI)
• Nausea or stomach upset
• Weakness or dizziness

Precautions:

• Not for Type 1 Diabetes or severe kidney/liver problems
• Stay hydrated
• Regular sugar and kidney function tests advised
• Avoid alcohol
• Inform your doctor if pregnant or breastfeeding
