Divaworth-500 ER Tablet

Composition:
Each tablet contains Divalproex Sodium 500 mg (Extended Release).

Use:
This medicine is used to treat:

• Epilepsy (seizures)
• Bipolar disorder (mood swings)
• Migraine prevention

How It Works:
It increases a natural chemical in the brain called GABA, which helps calm brain activity. This helps control seizures, stabilizes mood, and prevents migraines.

Dosage:

• Take one tablet daily or as directed by your doctor.
• Swallow the tablet whole with water. Do not chew or crush.
• Take it at the same time every day, with or without food.

Common Side Effects:

• Sleepiness or drowsiness
• Nausea or vomiting
• Stomach pain
• Weight gain
• Hair fall
• Tremors (shaking hands)
• Blurred vision

Serious Side Effects (need doctor attention):

• Yellowing of eyes or skin (signs of liver problems)
• Severe tiredness or weakness
• Unusual bleeding or bruising
• Mood changes or depression

Precautions:

• Not safe in pregnancy unless clearly advised by doctor
• Avoid alcohol
