DYNAGLIPT D 10 TABLET is a combination of Dapagliflozin and Teneligliptin which belongs to a group of medicines called Antidiabetic agents. It is used in the management of type 2 diabetes mellitus. Along management with DYNAGLIPT D 10 TABLET follow regular exercise and diet plan as advised by the doctor to achieve better results.

Dapagliflozin increases urinary glucose excretion and reduces blood glucose levels. Teneligliptin works by increasing the release of insulin from the pancreas and decreasing the release of a hormone (glucagon) that raises blood sugar levels. This reduces fasting and post-meal sugar levels.

DYNAGLIPT D 10 TABLET is not recommended if you have type 1 diabetes mellitus, diabetic ketoacidosis, diabetic coma, severe infection, before and after surgery, serious trauma. It should be used during pregnancy only if the potential benefit justifies the potential risk to the fetus. DYNAGLIPT D 10 TABLET is not recommended for breastfeeding women as it may pass through breast milk. Safety and effectiveness of DYNAGLIPT D 10 TABLET in children and adolescents under 18 years of age have not been established.

Excessive consumption of alcohol intake may cause low blood sugar. The most common side effects of taking DYNAGLIPT D 10 TABLET are diarrhoea, nausea, vomiting, upset stomach, headache, low sugar levels, dizziness, constipation and fever. Contact your doctor if any of the above side effects worsen or persists for a longer duration.
