ELINA 10MG TABLET contains Mizolastine which belongs to the group of medicines called Histamine Antagonists. ELINA 10MG TABLET is used to reduce symptoms of hay fever (allergic reaction to pollen) and other allergic reactions that cause irritation to the eyes and nose in affected individuals.

It is also used to reduce symptoms of urticaria, which is an itchy skin rash that occurs due to reaction to food, medicine, and/or other irritants in affected individuals.

ELINA 10MG TABLET is not recommended for use in patients allergic to Mizolastine. It is also not recommended for use in patients with liver problems, and/or heart problems (such as irregular heartbeat, slow heart rate). Before taking ELINA 10MG TABLET, inform your doctor if you have diabetes, intolerance to certain sugars (such as lactose), and/or kidney problems (such as renal insufficiency).

ELINA 10MG TABLET is not recommended for use during pregnancy (especially in the first three months) which is also advised to be avoided in breastfeeding women since the medicine may pass through breastmilk.

ELINA 10MG TABLET should be used with caution in children and adolescents (aged 12 years and above) and is advised to be used with caution in elderly patients after consulting the doctor.

The most common side effects of taking ELINA 10MG TABLET are dry mouth, stomach pain, indigestion, nausea, diarrhea, headache, and/or dizziness. Consult your doctor if any of these symptoms worsen.
