Endofine Tablet is a health supplement used to manage endometriosis (endometrial tissue grows outside the uterus). It contains N-acetyl cysteine, pine bark extract and resveratrol as active ingredients to manage endometriosis.

N-acetyl cysteine, pine bark extract and resveratrol works by masking the certain gene expressions and inhibiting the secretion of pain due to biochemical compounds that are responsible for causing endometriosis.
