GRANDEM 1 TABLET contains Granisetron which belongs to a group of medicines called Anti-emetics. It is used to manage nausea and vomiting caused by other medical managements such as chemotherapy or radiation management for cancer.
Before taking GRANDEM 1 TABLET inform your doctor if you have heart diseases, blockage in your stomach or intestines, electrolyte abnormalities, galactose intolerance, lactase deficiency or glucose-galactose malabsorption. GRANDEM 1 TABLET is not recommended for use in pregnant and breast-feeding women. Consult with your doctor before taking.
GRANDEM 1 TABLET should not be used in children below 2 years of age. GRANDEM 1 TABLET can be used in elderly people (65 years and above). However, consult with your doctor before taking. The most common side effects are headache, constipation, problems sleeping (insomnia), and diarrhoea. Consult with your doctor if any of these worsen or doesn't improve.

Directions of Use
Always take GRANDEM 1 TABLET as directed by your physician. Swallow the medicine with a plenty of water and do not crush or chew the medicine. Your doctor will decide the correct dose and duration for you depending upon your conditions.
