GRANDEM SYRUP contains a medicine Granisetron which belongs to a group of medicines called Anti-emetics. It is used to manage or manage nausea (feeling sick) and vomiting (being sick) caused by other medical managements such as chemotherapy or radiation management for cancer and after surgery.
Before taking GRANDEM SYRUP inform your doctor if you have heart diseases, blockage in your stomach or intestines, electrolyte abnormalities, galactose intolerance, lactase deficiency or glucose-galactose malabsorption.
GRANDEM SYRUP is not recommended for use in pregnant and breast-feeding women. Consult with your doctor before taking. GRANDEM SYRUP should not be used in children below 2 years of age. GRANDEM SYRUP can be used in elderly people (65 years and older). However, consult with your doctor before taking.
The most common side effects are headache, constipation, problems sleeping (insomnia) and diarrhoea. Consult with your doctor if any of these worsen or doesn't improve.

- Nausea and vomiting caused chemotherapy or radiotherapy
Directions of Use
Always take GRANDEM SYRUP as directed by your physician. Swallow the medicine as a whole with a plenty of water and do not crush or chew the medicine. Your doctor will decide the correct dose and duration for you depending upon your conditions.

Stop taking GRANDEM SYRUP and inform your doctor immediately if you experience any of the following side effects:
