Grilinctus Syrup 100ml

Uses:

• Provides relief from cough due to colds, flu, and throat irritation.
• Helps in reducing mucus production in wet cough.
• Relieves symptoms like sneezing, runny nose, and minor throat irritation.

Composition:

• Chlorpheniramine Maleate (4mg/5ml) œ An antihistamine that reduces allergic symptoms like sneezing and runny nose.
• Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide (10mg/5ml) œ A cough suppressant that reduces the urge to cough.
• Guaifenesin (100mg/5ml) œ A mucolytic that loosens mucus in the airways, making it easier to cough out.

Dosage & Administration:

• Adults: 5-10ml every 4-6 hours or as prescribed by the doctor.
• Children (6-12 years): 2.5-5ml every 4-6 hours.
• Shake well before use. Take with or without food.

Side Effects:

• Drowsiness, dizziness.
• Dry mouth, nausea, or stomach discomfort.
• Mild headache or allergic reactions (rarely).

Precautions:

• Avoid in children under 6 years unless prescribed by a doctor.
• Do not use with alcohol or other sedatives, as it may cause excessive drowsiness.
• Use with caution in asthma, high blood pressure, or liver disease.
