HEXILAK GEL is a combination of Allantoin, Cepae Extract and Heparin Sodium that belong to the group of medicines called Skin protectant, Anti scarring agent, Anticoagulant. It is used to manage scars resulting from accidental injuries, cuts, burns, surgery, acne, stretch marks and breast amputations. It is also used to diminish redness, swelling and pain in the affected area.
HEXILAK GEL should be used with caution in pregnant and breastfeeding women. HEXILAK GEL is not recommended for use in children below 1 year of age. Consult your doctor before using it.
The most common side effects of using HEXILAK GEL are itching, redness, visible dilation of blood vessels and shrinking of scar tissue. Consult your doctor if any of the symptoms worsen.
