Imiquad Cream 3x0.25g contains Imiquimod, an immune response modifier. Imiquad Cream 3x0.25g is used to manage actinic keratosis, which is a precancerous condition that appears as rough, scaly patches on the skin, often due to long-term sun exposure.

Imiquad Cream 3x0.25g is not recommended if you are allergic to Imiquimod or if you have an unhealed treatment site (under management with other medicines).

Before applying Imiquad Cream 3x0.25g, inform your doctor if you have previously used this medicine, or if you have autoimmune disorders (where the body's immune system attacks its own cells) or an abnormal blood count.

Imiquad Cream 3x0.25g should be used with caution during pregnancy and in women planning pregnancy, only if clearly necessary. It is not recommended for use in breastfeeding women, as it is unknown if the medicine passes into breast milk.

Imiquad Cream 3x0.25g is not recommended for children and adolescents (under 18 years of age). It should be used with caution in elderly patients (60 years and above) after consulting their doctor.

The most common side effects of using Imiquad Cream 3x0.25g include itchy skin, pain, burning or irritation at the application site, redness of the skin, headache, nausea, muscle or joint pain, and tiredness. Consult your doctor if any of these symptoms worsen or persist.

  1. Management of actinic keratosis: Imiquad Cream 3x0.25g is used to treat actinic keratosis, a common precancerous skin condition characterized by rough, scaly patches on the skin, typically caused by prolonged sun exposure.

Directions of Use

Apply Imiquad Cream 3x0.25g exactly as directed by your physician. This cream is for external use only. Carefully wash your hands before and after application. Do not cover the treated area with bandages or dressings unless specifically instructed by your doctor. Avoid showering or bathing for the duration advised by your doctor after applying the cream to ensure maximum effectiveness. Your doctor will determine the correct dose and duration of treatment based on your age, body weight, and the specific condition being managed.

If you experience any severe or concerning side effects while using Imiquad Cream 3x0.25g, stop application and contact your doctor immediately. Common side effects may include:
