KITMOX EYE DROPS contains Moxifloxacin which belongs to the group of medicines called Antibiotics. It is used to manage bacterial conjunctivitis and other eye infections.
Bacterial conjunctivitis is the infection of the transparent membrane (conjunctiva) that lines the eyelid and covers the white part of your eyeball. Symptoms of bacterial conjunctivitis include pain, discomfort, redness, itching, irritation, and watering of the eyes.
Patients should be advised not to wear contact lenses if they have signs and symptoms of bacterial conjunctivitis.
KITMOX EYE DROPS should be used with caution in pregnant women or if you think you may be pregnant and a breastfeeding woman. Consult your doctor before using.
KITMOX EYE DROPS is not recommended for use in newborns and it should be used with caution in children and adolescents. Your doctor will prescribe the right dose depending on your child's age and body weight.
KITMOX EYE DROPS should be used with caution in elderly patients above 65 years of age. The common side effects are eye pain or irritation. Consult your doctor if the above symptoms does not improve.

Use KITMOX EYE DROPS exactly as directed by your physician. Instil the medicine as advised by the physician. It is for ophthalmic use only. Your doctor will prescribe the right dose depending on your age, body weight and severity of the infection.
