Levetafine Syrup 100ml
Contains: Levetiracetam (typically 100 mg/ml or as per label)

What it is:
An antiepileptic (anti-seizure) syrup used to treat different types of seizures in children and adults. It helps control abnormal brain activity to prevent seizures.

Uses:

• Partial onset seizures
• Generalized tonic-clonic seizures
• Myoclonic seizures
• Seizure disorders in children (especially under 6 years)

How to Use:

• Shake well before use
• Measure the dose using the measuring cup provided
• Usually taken twice daily or as prescribed
• Can be taken with or without food
• Do not stop suddenly without doctor’s advice

Common Side Effects:

• Drowsiness or sleepiness
• Irritability
• Loss of appetite
• Weakness
• Dizziness
• Mood or behavior changes (especially in children)

Precautions:

• Inform doctor about kidney disease or behavioral problems
• Monitor for signs of mood changes or suicidal thoughts
• Avoid alcohol and driving during use
• Use with caution in pregnancy and breastfeeding
• Dose may need to be adjusted based on age and weight

Storage:

• Store in a cool, dry place below 25°C
• Keep bottle tightly closed
• Keep out of reach of children
• Do not use after expiry date
