What it is:
An antihistamine medicine used to relieve allergy symptoms. It blocks histamine—a chemical in the body responsible for sneezing, itching, and watery eyes.

Uses:

• Relief from sneezing, runny or blocked nose
• Itchy, watery, or red eyes
• Skin rash or hives (urticaria)
• Itching from insect bites

How to Use:

• Take one tablet once daily, preferably in the evening
• Swallow with water; can be taken with or without food
• Do not crush or chew
• Continue regular use even if symptoms improve early

Common Side Effects:

• Mild drowsiness or feeling sleepy
• Dry mouth
• Headache
• Mild stomach upset
• Occasional dizziness or blurred vision

Precautions:

• Avoid alcohol—it may increase drowsiness
• Use with caution in kidney or liver conditions
• Not recommended for infants under six months
• Monitor mood or behavior changes in sensitive individuals

Missed Dose:

• Take as soon as you remember unless it’s close to the next dose
