Maxtra P Syrup 60ml is primarily used to relieve the symptoms of allergic rhinitis, commonly known as hay fever, the common cold, and other upper respiratory allergies. It effectively helps to ease symptoms such as headache, facial congestion and pressure, stuffy or runny nose, sneezing, minor aches and pains, and itching or watery eyes.
