MECOBAL PLUS CAPSULE is a combination of Alpha lipoic acid, Methylcobalamin, Folic acid, and Pyridoxine, which belong to the group of medicines called Antioxidants and Vitamin B complexes, respectively. It is used to manage diabetic neuropathy (nerve damage occurring over time because of high sugar and fat levels in the blood due to diabetes).

Symptoms depend on the type of neuropathy, such as pain and numbness in your feet or problems with organ functions like those of your heart and bladder. It can also be used to manage general weakness and convalescence (recovering from an illness or injury).

MECOBAL PLUS CAPSULE is not recommended for use in children, so consult your doctor before taking it. Before taking MECOBAL PLUS CAPSULE, inform your doctor if you have any liver or kidney problems, cancer, a tumour, pernicious anaemia, are undergoing dialysis, or if you have a coronary stent.

MECOBAL PLUS CAPSULE should not be used in pregnant women unless necessary. MECOBAL PLUS CAPSULE is not recommended for use by breastfeeding women. The most common side effects of MECOBAL PLUS CAPSULE are headache, low blood pressure, shortness of breath, a hot sensation, or sweating. Contact your doctor if any of the symptoms get worse.
