Methylcobalamin improves nerve conduction, promotes the regeneration of injured nerves and inhibits ectopic spontaneous discharges of injured primary sensory neurons. Alpha lipoic acid acts as an antioxidant to delay or reverse the neuropathic pain. Folic acid promotes peripheral nerve injury repair by promoting schwann cell proliferation, migration and secretion of nerve growth factor.
