METHYCOBAL D TABLET contains Alpha Lipoic Acid, Folic Acid, Methyl cobalamin, Pyridoxine, and Cholecalciferol (Vitamin D3), which belong to the group of medicines called Antioxidants and Vitamin supplements, respectively. It is used to manage diabetic neuropathy (diabetic nerve damage).
