Overview 
Mirakem S is a combination medicine used to treat symptoms of Overactive Bladder (OAB), such as frequent urination, sudden urgency, and urine leakage. It helps relax the bladder muscles and improves bladder control, allowing you to hold urine for longer and reduce discomfort during daily activities.

Key Ingredients

• Contains Mirabegron 25 mg – relaxes bladder muscles and increases bladder capacity
• Contains Solifenacin 5 mg – reduces involuntary bladder contractions

Uses

• Helps control sudden strong urge to urinate
• Reduces frequency of urination (day and night)
• Controls urine leakage (urge incontinence)
• Improves bladder storage and overall bladder function

How to Take

• Usually taken once daily at the same time each day
• Can be taken with or without food
• Swallow whole; do not crush or chew

Precautions
