This medicine is generally not recommended for individuals with certain severe heart conditions like very low blood pressure, low blood volume, thickened heart muscle (cardiomyopathy), or those in shock. It's also advised against for patients with specific lung diseases that cause very low oxygen levels (hypoxemia).
