Montyco-LC Kid Tablets

Composition:
Each tablet contains:

• Levocetirizine 2.5 mg

• Montelukast 4 mg

Uses:

• Allergic rhinitis (sneezing, runny nose, itchy or watery eyes)

• Mild asthma symptoms

• Skin allergies like hives

How It Works:

• Levocetirizine blocks histamine, which causes allergy symptoms.

• Montelukast blocks leukotrienes, which cause swelling and mucus in the airways.

Dosage & How to Use:

• Use as directed by a doctor

• Usually taken once daily, preferably in the evening

• Can be taken with or without food

• Tablet may be chewable or dispersible depending on the brand

Side Effects:

• Drowsiness or sleepiness

• Headache

• Stomach pain or nausea

• Rash

• Behavior changes (rare)

Precautions:

• Not for sudden asthma attacks

• Tell the doctor if the child has liver or kidney problems

• Use in children only under medical supervision

• Monitor for mood or behavior changes

Storage:
Store below 30°C in a dry place. Keep away from children and direct sunlight.
