Movicol Orange Flavour Liquid is a laxative used to manage chronic constipation in adults, adolescents, and elderly patients. It contains Macrogol 3350 (also known as Polyethylene Glycol), and electrolytes like Sodium chloride, Sodium bicarbonate, Potassium chloride as active ingredients which provides comfortable bowel movement during chronic constipation.

Macrogol 3350 is an osmotic laxative which helps to draw water into the intestine to increase stool volume and soften its consistency. Sodium chloride helps to manage or manage sodium loss that occurs due to dehydration, excessive sweating, and/or by other causes. Sodium helps to control flow of fluids into and out of cells and regulate acid-base balance in the body. Potassium chloride helps to maintain and regulate the function of the heart, muscles, kidneys, bones, body fluid balance and nerves.

Take Movicol Orange Flavour Liquid as advised by your physician. Take 25 ml of liquid in the measuring cup and dilute it with 100ml (half glassful) of water. Drink the diluted Movicol Orange flavour Liquid solution after thoroughly stirring it. Take Movicol Orange Flavour Liquid 1-3 times a day or as directed by your physician.
