Nebquest-5 Tablet (10 tablets)

Composition:
Nebivolol 5 mg

Use:

• Controls high blood pressure (hypertension)
• Supports heart health and reduces risk of heart attack or stroke
• May be used in mild heart failure (on doctor’s advice)

How It Works:

• Slows down the heartbeat
• Relaxes blood vessels
• Improves blood flow and reduces pressure on the heart

Dosage:

• Usually 1 tablet daily, at the same time every day
• Can be taken with or without food
• Do not stop suddenly without doctor's advice

Common Side Effects:

• Dizziness or tiredness
• Headache
• Slow heartbeat
• Stomach discomfort or nausea

Precautions:

• Avoid if you have asthma, very low pulse, or serious heart problems
• Use with care in diabetes, liver or kidney disease
• May hide symptoms of low blood sugar in diabetics
• Avoid alcohol
• Not for sudden stop — taper off under medical guidance
