Take Nexito Tablet 5mg orally, exactly as prescribed by your doctor. It can be taken with or without food, usually once a day. It is recommended to take the medicine at the same time each day to help you remember and ensure consistent medication levels. Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water; do not crush, chew, or break it. Do not alter your dose or stop taking this medication without consulting your doctor.

Like all medicines, Nexito Tablet 5mg can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them. Common side effects may include nausea, diarrhea, constipation, dry mouth, increased sweating, fatigue, drowsiness, insomnia, dizziness, and sexual dysfunction (such as decreased libido, ejaculation problems, or difficulty achieving orgasm). Less common but more serious side effects can include suicidal thoughts (especially in young adults), severe allergic reactions, serotonin syndrome (symptoms like fever, agitation, confusion, sweating, tremors), unusual bleeding or bruising, and seizures.
