Beyond metabolic acidosis, Nodosis DS Tablet can also be prescribed for specific intoxications, such as those involving methyl alcohol, phenobarbital, or salicylates. It helps in cases of severe diarrhea and certain hemolytic reactions that require urine alkalinization.
