OCUPOL DX EYE/EAR DROP 5ML
Composition: Polymyxin B + Chloramphenicol + Dexamethasone
Description: Ocupol DX is a combination antibiotic and anti-inflammatory drop used for bacterial infections and inflammation of the eyes and ears.
Uses:
- Treats bacterial conjunctivitis and eye infections
- Reduces swelling and irritation in the eyes or ears
- Used for ear infections and postoperative eye care
Dosage: 1-2 drops in the affected eye/ear every 4-6 hours as prescribed.
Side Effects: - Temporary burning or irritation
- Blurred vision (if used in eyes)
- Allergic reactions (redness, swelling)
Directions of Use
This medicine is for external use only.Take it in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Hold the dropper close to the eye/ear without touching it. Gently squeeze the dropper and place the medicine inside the lower eyelid or ear. Wipe off extra liquid.
Side effects
Most side effects do not require any medical attention and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Consult your doctor if they persist or if you're worried about them
