Ondoc MD Tablet is a medicine used to effectively prevent and treat nausea and vomiting. It contains Ondansetron 4mg as its active ingredient, a mouth-dissolving tablet designed for easy administration. Ondoc MD Tablet is commonly prescribed to manage sickness related to chemotherapy, radiotherapy, surgery, or other medical conditions causing nausea.

Composition: Ondansetron 4mg (mouth dissolving tablet)

Uses:
The primary use of Ondoc MD Tablet is to prevent and treat feelings of nausea and episodes of vomiting that may arise from various medical treatments such as chemotherapy, radiation therapy, surgical procedures, or certain infections.

How It Works:
Ondansetron 4mg works by blocking the action of serotonin, a natural chemical in the body that can trigger feelings of nausea and cause vomiting. By targeting these chemical signals, Ondoc MD Tablet helps to relieve discomfort.

How to Use:

  • Place the Ondoc MD Tablet on your tongue and allow it to dissolve completely.

  • It is advisable to avoid consuming alcohol while using this medicine.
  • Ondoc MD Tablet is not intended for regular use without proper medical consultation and advice.

Storage:
To maintain its effectiveness, store Ondoc MD Tablet in a cool, dry place, ideally below 30°C. Ensure it is kept out of reach of children to prevent accidental ingestion.

  1. Chemotherapy-Induced Nausea and Vomiting (CINV): Highly effective in managing the severe nausea and vomiting often experienced by cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy.
  2. Radiotherapy-Induced Nausea and Vomiting (RINV): Used to prevent and relieve sickness in patients receiving radiation therapy.
  3. Post-Operative Nausea and Vomiting (PONV): Administered before or after surgery to prevent and treat nausea and vomiting that can occur after anesthesia and surgical procedures.
