A triple-combination diabetes medicine used to control high blood sugar in adults with Type 2 Diabetes. It contains Dapagliflozin (10 mg), Glimepiride (1 mg) and Metformin XR (1000 mg). Together they help reduce blood sugar, improve insulin response, and prevent diabetes-related complications.
