Pantop MPS Sugar Free Mint Flavour Syrup is an antacid which is used to provide relief from stomach upset, indigestion, bloating, and/or discomfort in the gut.  It contains dimethicone, aluminium hydroxide, and magnesium hydroxide as active ingredients which works by neutralizing excess acid in the stomach.

Dimethicone is an anti-flatulent which eliminates trapped gas in the stomach and intestine providing relief from bloating. Aluminium and magnesium hydroxide are antacids which work by neutralizing stomach acid and provide relief from long-lasting acidity, and heartburn.  

Always take Pantop MPS Sugar Free Mint Flavour Syrup as advised by your physician. Shake well before use. Take 1-2 tablespoonfuls (approximately 5-10 ml) 30-60 minutes after meals or as directed by your physician. Avoid taking more than 10 tablespoonfuls in a 24-hour period.
