PENIDURE LA 12LAC INJECTION contains Benzathine penicillin which belong to the group of medicine called Antibiotics. It is used in adults, children and neonates for the management of wide range of bacterial infections such as erysipelas (infection of upper layer of the skin), syphilis (bacterial infection usually spread by sexual contact), tropical infectious skin diseases, such as yaws or pinta.

It is also used to manage rheumatic fever (disease that affect heart, brain, joints and skin) and post streptococcal glomerulonephritis (a specific form of kidney inflammation) and erysipelas (skin infection).

PENIDURE LA 12LAC INJECTION is not recommended for use if you have ever had an allergic reaction (skin rash or swelling of the face or neck) to any antibiotic. Consult your doctor before receiving it.

PENIDURE LA 12LAC INJECTION should be used with caution in patients suffering from lung problems such as allergic asthma, allergy, hay fever, kidney, liver problems. Consult your doctor before receiving it.

PENIDURE LA 12LAC INJECTION should be used during pregnancy only if clearly necessary. It should be used with caution in breastfeeding women. Consult your doctor before receiving it.

PENIDURE LA 12LAC INJECTION should be used with caution in children and in elderly patients. The most common side effect of receiving this medicine is fungal infection (candidiasis), diarrhea, nausea. Contact your doctor if any of the symptoms worsen.
