PG More NT Tablet is a combination medicine containing Pregabalin 75mg+Nortriptyline 10mg. It belongs to the groups of medicines known as anticonvulsants and tricyclic antidepressants, respectively. PG More NT Tablet is primarily used for the management of neuropathic pain.

Neuropathic pain is a chronic condition caused by damage or disease affecting the nerves responsible for sensation. This type of pain can arise from various conditions such as injuries to the spinal cord or brain, long-term diabetes (diabetic neuropathy), certain infectious diseases (like HIV or leprosy), chemotherapy, autoimmune diseases (such as Guillain-Barré syndrome), post-herpetic neuralgia (persistent pain after shingles), or fibromyalgia (widespread musculoskeletal pain with associated fatigue and mood changes).

Symptoms of neuropathic pain often include shooting, burning, or stabbing sensations, even from normal daily activities that are not typically painful. You might also experience tingling, numbness, or spontaneous pain without any apparent stimulus.

It is crucial to continue taking PG More NT Tablet exactly as prescribed by your doctor. Stopping this medicine too soon can lead to withdrawal symptoms, which may include insomnia, headache, nausea, anxiety, diarrhea, depression, convulsions, and excessive sweating.
