Composition:

Each capsule contains:

• Aspirin (100 mg) œ Prevents blood clot formation.

• Atenolol (50 mg) œ Lowers heart rate and blood pressure.

• Hydrochlorothiazide (12.5 mg) œ A diuretic that helps reduce excess fluid and blood pressure.

• Ramipril (5 mg) œ An ACE inhibitor that relaxes blood vessels.

• Simvastatin (20 mg) œ A statin that lowers cholesterol.
