PRENATAL Tablet is a prenatal supplement used in women who are planning to become pregnant. It improves iron levels in the body and supports foetal growth and development. It also improves the chances of pregnancy among women with polycystic ovarian disease (PCOD) by regulating blood sugar and thyroid levels in the body. It contains L-methylfolate, Methylcobalamin, pyridoxal-5-phosphate, niacin, zinc, selenium and iron as active ingredients.

L-Methylfolate is a bioactive form of folic acid. It is proven to manage neural tube defects (NTD; birth defects of brain and spinal cord) in the growing baby and therefore, it is highly preferred for use both in women who are pregnant and planning to become pregnant.

Methylcobalamin is proven to manage pre-term births, reduce congenital heart defects and other congenital abnormalities. Pyridoxal-5-phosphate improves the functions of nervous system and manage the signs of premenstrual syndrome in women.

Niacin, Zinc and Selenium are essential micronutrients that regulates blood sugar, blood cholesterol and thyroid levels in the body which helps in overcoming thyroid disorders, obesity and insulin resistance that plays a major role in hindering pregnancy.

The Iron present in the medicine replenishes the iron stores in the body. It plays an important role in the formation of newer red blood cells and haemoglobin, a substance that gives the blood cells the ability to transport oxygen. It improves oxygen levels in the body and corrects tiredness, weakness and shortness of breath caused due to anemia.

Take PRENATAL Tablet as advised by your physician. Swallow the medicine with a glass of water. Do not crush or chew the medicine. Before taking PRENATAL Tablet inform your doctor if you have any pre-existing disease conditions as a precaution.
